Description

Tractor-trailer truck stopped on Buckingham Drive around 9:15 a.m. Friday morning, April 6. Appears to be a waste hauler ("waste" was included in name on side of truck). Truck is too large and too heavy for this street. The street contains signs banning overweight vehicles, except for local delivery.
