On the southbound side, the left turn lane on to Church Hill Rd is not governed by a turn signal. There are only two lights there, which look like they handle the straight-only traffic. During the evening rush, it feels like playing chicken with on-coming traffic to cross Rt. 9 if I don't go when the lights are green (and sometimes even if they are). Any clarification on what to do here, other than find another route home?
