Description

Why is a city of Oakland large white dumpster truck repeatedly seen on 31st Street, now parked on the green and red 31st and telegraph painted curb, during mosque service hours. There are enough double parking problems on 31st Street, excruciatingly exacerbated on Fridays, to wonder why city of Oakland personell should flaunt such priviledges?
