Just wanted to say thank you to the quick response of filling in those large pot holes on Baltimore Ave. BUT whoever filled them in sure did a lousy job of it as it is not filled in the best and smoothed out, it will be a matter of time and it will be just as bad again. Skimpy on the blacktop filler. Thanks.
