The area on Grand Avenue between Birch Street to West Avenue is loaded with speeders - morning - noon and night. Some are probably going at least 50 mph. I have lived here for over 10 years and initially there were no small children on this block but now there are several. It is very scary to watch how fast the cars are travelling and I hope something is done before an accident happens. Over the last couple of years I have called the police at least 2 times but they did nothing.
