On January 17, 2018 at around 2:25 pm, this vehicle was illegally parked in a disabled parking spot at the Courtyard by Marriott at 16038 W Valley Hwy. I have attached a photo showing that the car was parked in a disabled spot as well as a photo of the front windshield, showing that no disabled placard was displayed.

Your request regarding illegal parking has been closed.
To issued a NOI for illegal parking in the disabled space the officer would need to physically see the violation. Since this happened 3 months ago there is unfortunately little we can do. Postal employees do have the right to stop and park in a variety of places to deliver mail however should stay out of such parking spaces. Issues with postal employees, (US Govt.) would need to be addressed to the Postmaster.
