Absolutely!!! I agree 100%. Many cars do not even slow down for the red light at this intersection - they just plow right into the traffic circle despite the fact that oncoming traffic has a green light.
Right now the sign states that cars can make a right on red after a full stop but most cars don't even stop. It most definitely needs to be changed to No Right on Red.
