City workers came out and shoveled some of the debris off to the side of the ditch (not removed). We thought they were coming back but it has been a few weeks... meanwhile, water has been continuing to come out of the drain. I think the whole uphill system is not draining because of this buildup.

Please send someone out to fix this before it becomes an issue with drainage or the misquote was problem gets worse. Thank you
