Litter and debris strewn all over this block. It’s disgusting. There have been several complaints over the years about the owners of this property but nothing ever seems to be done about it. This is the site of a city bus stop too. Do you really expect people to rent $1600 studios across the street at the Avanti if they have to step over beer bottles and garbage or look at endless litter?
