Description
The people who live in the back of the residence 467 Hale Ave Oakland,Ca 94603 bring in cars who appear to be old and with expired tags. They are parked on both sides of the street and leave their cars there for awhile. It seems like the are operating some type kind of mechanic shop without any permits.
