Correction: Case CE#-18-00808 was opened for Code Enforcement Officer Richard Ward on 4/26/18. Officer Ward inspected and found that there was an active building permit for the foundation repair which was caused by the tree (BP-18-02658). Officer Ward also talked with Arborist Matt Mears. Arborist Mears advised that this was not a violation. Case closed 4/26/18.
