Description

There is a large pothole at the intersection of Frederick Rd and McAlpine Road in Ellicott City. When traveling west ?(from Ellicott City towards Old Ellicott City) on Frederick Rd, as one makes a right hand turn onto McAlpine, right there is the pothole. The intersection is across the street from St John’s Episcopal Church.
