Description

There should be a concrete gutter in front of my house to allow all of the rainwater to flow down the hill from higher ground. The water can not flow effectively down the hill from the beginning of my property and below. Water comes down the hill and stops at my driveway and will ultimately cause my driveway to fail. There are metal slabs in fromt of my house where a cocrete gutter should be to allow runoff to flow down the hill.
