Description

A large pile of gravel has been across the Knox Mall entrance at Madison and Knox, for over a month. It's blocking the walkway and Tuilp Fest is also this weekend. Also, the dirt path in that same area has been disturbed by maintenance vehicles and is now a muddy mess.
