Deskripsyon

Coles St (street behind Cast Iron Lofts and Soho West) used to be a quiet street but now it is become very busy. There are no traffic lights there or proper street lights. Also the condition of the road is not great. Please advice if it can be fixed. I bike there and do not feel safe any more. Thank you.

The road conditions of Coles Street is beyond terrible.

Anyone living between 18th and 10th on Coles has been fooled. That road will be a dump forever. It should have been addressed when all the builders started putting up these buildings. Now you're stuck!!!!

Our apologies for the delayed response. Our department is proposing an ordinance for the Council's consideration to restrict parking in this area to improve pedestrian mobility.

So many places that have become pedestrian friendly and still that problem here. Only go over to the Hoboken/Jersey City overpass crossings and you see it can be done. The Coles St pass through is embarrassing as well as unsafe. Every day no one is injured is pure luck!!!
