Investigating

Like all of our other neighbors our lawn was done yesterday. However, this neighbor still decided to post old photos as a way of harassing us as is his custom to harass any person of color on the block. Sad that the 311 app allows racists and bullies like this man to thrive. Worst that a frivolous act like this has the potential to waste city resources. The inspectors do a fine job and work really hard, so I’d really hate for their time to be wasted on mean-spirited lies.
