Every evening a man rides his dirt bike up and down our neighborhood revving his engine. It is extremely loud, annoying and very disruptive to our area. He also doesn't wear a helmet and he take a 3-4 year old boy on his little joy ride without a helmet. It's only a matter of time before he crashes it with that child. I have reported several times of people racing and taking the Stop sign on College and Stanford which is where this man is riding up and down the hill.
