Property was redeemed and then purchased by Zero 12th Avenue Land Trust.
Owner on record of title closing is Joshua Streeter. PO Box 591. St. Petersburg, FL.
As a contiguous property owner, I was sent notification I could bid on parcel at auction for back taxes.
Evidently this gentlemen/trust paid taxes and influenced owner to sell to them. Parcel was acquired on 1/29/2018 for $3799.56. Previous owner was Wail Mari. Land trust/Joshua Streeter should be responsible for lot maintanance.
