Numerous deep potholes that are getting worse after every rain, a pile of dumped blacktop material, uneven roadway

A. I've lived here for and can count on one hand the times this Allie has been maintained even though I pay alley maintenance fees on my taxes. it has been at least two years since any work has been done and at that time there was minimal gravel put down and it wasn't graded properly. it would be really great if instead of doing the bare minimum the city would actually pave it back here because this is the only driveway access for at least 9 houses. everyone in our neighborhood has agreed that they would be compliant to park on Toledo Avenue for the time it would take to do such paving.
