Description

This resident has a trailer parked on the street. This is the 3rd trailer. They have been using the public street to park various oversized trailers. It is difficult for 2 cars to travel easily. I don't understand how this is legal. If this is legal, please let me know. I need to contact my homeowners association to contact the city
