In the alley between Bayard and Scheffer, right behind our property, there is a large pot hole (2' in diameter) with a series of smaller ones to the west. This whole area actually floods in spring with snow melting and after heavy rains. I am hoping the pot hole is fixed now, but that in the future the alley can be fixed to have better drainage and/or slope.
