Duke Energy is sending a priority crew to investigate and take the needed action.

Duke States it is not owned by them and that the box may belong to Knology (Now Wow Inc.) - Called field construction coordinator and he will have someone out.

WOW cable has confirmed it is their equipment and no power is going to box - They will remove/repair

Wow Cable will remove/repair box that they state is not energized.
