FYI, after I called I noticed a tree removal company had left an offer to remove it in my front door. They identified it as a dead Ash.

Can I change my mind and have it replaced? My nieghbor cut down one of her trees and now there's too much sun. Alternatively, I can try and score a free tree from the tree giveaway this October.
