Our neighbors live at 7 Perkins Road. Last night I saw two rats in our back yard, and we have never had a rat problem. Our neighbors at 7 Perkins road do have their garage filled with stuff, and their backyard has lots of junk in it. Their trees are overgrown and haven't been trimmed since they moved in. Sometimes they fix cars in the on the sidewalk in front of the garage, and double park their cars for a couple of hours late in the afternoon. I will get an exterminator to handle any rats coming onto our property.
