i have the same problem with that right across the street from my house is a tractor trailer the guy pulls up at nite leaves the refrigeration on gets into a truck and leaves this has been happinging over the last several months on city streeets it is illegal to park tractor trailers i have aldeady called l+i about it but got no answers the only truck stop that i know of is at front=OREGON THAT IS A TRUCK STOP.
