This debris was found on 4/5/13, at 730AM. This box had been clean for a number of weeks but now mysteriously a lot of lengthy wire is being left behind. My dog picked up a piece this morning but fortunately I got it out of her mouth in time. This is Darryl Moore's District on his street. He is aware this problem exists widespread in his district, but has failed to do anything about it.
