A notice was sent to the owner on record however it came back in today's mail as not deliverabe. I will have to research the owner.

This area continues to be a problem. The lot is massively overgrown & an eye sore. Can something be done about it? Has the owner paid the property taxes? Can the city take the lot & clean it up?

Still a problem for the neighborhood. The city & the owner have not done anything to resolve the overgrown & trash strewn lot

Weeds are waist high. The lot needs to be cut & cleaned up
