is not the first time reporting this issue same location, last time was reported to the department of health and safety and every year we have to go thought the same for some reason, nobody hasn't put a stop to this crazy problem...too much garbage that there weeks that the truck doesn't even pick up the neighbor garbage because the way that smell and the load it has.. ease fix this issue or i may need to go to the city hall once again with the neighbor to see if something gets done. year to year same issues garbage smell rats same place abandoned truck.
