I live at 31 Juliette Street. The fenced in yard across the street from me (Homeowner lives on Billings Street. Lot extends to Juliette Street) has very high grass to where you can no longer see the fire hydrant. No one has cut this grass at all this year. They have a wooden fence and they used to come around and cut the grass on this side of it.
