Thank you for submitting a service request regarding the lack of green time for east and westbound drivers. Please respond to the following:
• Confirm this is an issue at the intersection of 128th Street and Des Moines Memorial Drive.
• At what time of day is this a problem?

This remains an issue but has improved. I think that during peak commute times of 7-9 in the morning and 4-6 in the evening it may be a larger issue.
