Cars routinely speed on Oakland Avenue heading in the direction of the 580 on ramp. The speed limit is 30mph but cars do not seem to know the speed limit or do not follow it. It is dangerous to park, or use the cross walks, as cars do not look out for pedestrians or speed around cars attempting to parallel park.
