What do you do? You patrol this city everyday? Why do you discover all these infractions and the Police don't? As been told by another reportee, it does no good to report the panhandlers to Tukwila Works. They can't do anything.

Really? They can. No one is allowed to park in the same spot more than three days other wise can be ticketed or towed away. And it's not only about the car it is the homeless people wandering around every night near my Street which can be very dangerous.

Have you reported this to Tukwila Police?I'm against this just as much as you are,but every time I report it, it gets pushed under the rug because of it not being a priority. I think it should be made one and maybe some of the vandalizing and stealing will stop. What do you think?

It definitely should be made a priority. We have so many kids, teenage, and elder people here in the apartments complex community. I got to work 5am before Dawn and sometimes have to buy something in the middle of the night and I see some people around my car most of the time. Not safe at all. Maybe they will make a priority after someone in our community gets hurt. Hopefully they start doing something before anything happen to us.

Good point. Isn't that the way the law works anyhow? Someone has to get hurt or killed before the law steps in and then it's too late."Sorry Mam or Sir, but we regret to inform you......."etc. Someone should have a talk with Mayor Alan Ekberg and explain the importance of the situation and have them get rid of their prioritizing rules and just take care of it.

When the city claims the know nothing about the problem there is at least public proof that they do without having to request a record search of their dispatch system. It tells the people who should know they need to step up the patrols in the area.

I couldn't agree more. Tukwila is growing and more Police are needed.

Well I could answer the question above the reason why the police officers do not bother these people is because it's not a criminal crime to be homeless and Seattle Washington there is 12500 homeless people living amongst us. This is discrimination against the homeless honestly. These comments go on and on their bunch of made up lies based off no evidence whatsoever. The police only do investigations on criminal activity that actually have a basis of Truth called evidence this is not evidence this is opinion-based hearsay and harassment I'm disgusted with my neighborhood and ashamed you should go help people instead of say or talk bad about people that have less than you💔😥👎
