Thank you for cleaning up the street and this Park, but we must stay on top of it, because these bums will likely come back.

Another week, same mess, they are obviously still around trashing this neighborhood. After last weeks cleaning they have deposited more garbage filled carts and strollers onto the street. These bums are a public nuisance to our city.

I drove pass this mess this morning and can confirm that new strollers and garbage have appeared. The encampments in this park have to be resolved, have code enforcement come and check the parking lot and evict all the cars. Have GVRD lock the gate after hours.

Passed by there this morning and new carts filled with trash are lining the sidewalks and streets. Several homeless surround the park entrance and several vehicles parked with covered windows, assuming they have people living and doing business there.

Simply locking the gate will not keep them out. They can just walk into the park and go to the picnic tables.
What we need is regular police patrols through the park periodically throughout the night.
