Are you asking for a perimeter fence be place around the entire building or to simply secure and area of the cast iron fence that is currently there? I'm not understanding your question. Are people camping on the sidewalk or are they camping inside the cast iron fence? I'm only asking this for reporting reasons, If i need to relay this to Adam or Law Enforcement. Thanks,

Sure ... There is an existing fence around the property, but HPD when they were out said that there was an open entry -- on McGowen, I believe. I's nor be surprised if the chain link is cut in spots. The camp is behind the building, under the carport. Between brush and trash dragged over and high weeds it's not always visible from the street, but in recent days I've been treated to the sight of men dropping their pants and doing their business from my window

Surprisingly i just spoke with Adam via my cell phone. He actually answered. He is aware of this issue and is in talks with his maintenance man of repair the fence. He does have a trespass affidavit so if HPD is called out there they can be arrested.

I will remember that the next time I call HPD, which might well be today.

There are 2 spots that I know of where the fence is damaged or cut....once is on Caroline on the south side of the building, the other is near the sidewalk on Mcgowen.

The encampment is being built faster than Mr Brackman's other development on this lot. The problem remains unaddressed.

I suppose they can keep tossing whatever this same guy brings with him, but I bet it's much more efficient for Andrew to have someone fix the holes in the fence, because he's back once again
