Hi, Can I get details on the deposit in terms of deadline, amount and other conditions? It seems to me that if it was a large enough sum, the developer would have completed the work when he had employees on site. He did the ramp on the building's side of Congress Street - he did not do the opposite side of the street. If he intended to complete it, wouldn't he do it when he had that contractor on site doing the work? Without this crosswalk, there is 200 yards separating the crosswalk near the Children's Museum and the cross walk at A Street (see photo). It is a very busy stretch of street that is dangerous with a crosswalk, never mind without one. At the very least, the City could reinstall the temporary asphalt ramp that was there before the street was repaved and paint the crosswalk. Thanks.
