City of Albany Admin 3 assigned this issue to APD LT-NEU

The Neighborhood Beat Officer for you area is Derrick Schultz please contact him, he can be reached at dschultz@albany-ny.org. He can come by and hear you complaint and help to work towards a resolution.

It was a question more than anything at this point. Things in Albany won't improve if there is no accountability. People will continue to be afraid to speak up and report things when the police don't follow through on calls and such. Until someone figures out why then there can be no surprise when more serious matters happen. Being a little proactive can prevent more serious crimes for a number of reasons.

The Albany Police Department will continue to actively working with the community to provide a safe environment for all the citizens of the City.

Beat Officer Schultz does not even reply back. So far neither have the Mayor or Police Chief after 2 days. We have trouble even getting into our house a lot of days. But please "continue to actively work with the community to provide a safe environment for all the citizens of the City.
