These overgrown weeds/brush are still untouched. This represents a fire hazard beyond being an eyesore. The home next to this overgrowth is vacant. This is a mess.

This issue has not been resolved. The lot is a mess, a fire hazard, a dumping ground for debris, and an access point for homeless activity. Please address with property owners. Thank you.

And added problems in the Alley.

Plant growth on the fence is green and not a fire hazard. Dumping in the alley will be referred to Public Words Division for their assistance.

There are open Code Enforcement cases on three properties at that location that include the empty lot. Illegal dumping has been in the alley on several occasions and is being looked into. Thank you for reporting.

This property and the adjacent alley (Packard Alley) is a problem spot. Loitering. Homeless activity. Cars parked in alley. Indecency. Etc. Please address for the sake of good taxpaying homeowners who are concerned with home property values. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
