Description

The intersection on Excelsior at Elston is very dangerous. Cars speed on Excelsior as way bypassing MacArthur Ave at all times of the day and night. I have seen multiple animals and pets get killed because of people speeding without slowing. To make matters worse, the Altenheim on Excelsior gets a lot of pedestrian traffic to and from their parked cars and crossing Excelsior near this intersection is very dangerous.
