grass in gutters and edges of roadway over one foot tall in some places and should be sprayed and killed as it interfers with water flow in gutters to sewer, was requested twice before, nothing done so far that I can tell. It is not coming from yards in most cases, it is where grass is growing out of control in the gutter and roadway crackls. Please, lets get back to spraying and cleaning up the area. Thanks
