Description
The concrete wall has completely changed the environmental design to have the water flow through this neighborhood. This wall as defined by Code of Maryland regulations comar defines a damn or any obstruction wall or embankment together with its abutments or appurtenant works together the purpose of storing or diverting water this wall stores and diverts water the wrong way. This is my 3rd complaint. If AA county can't help should I contact EPA, Corp of Army Engineer's or MDE?
