I’ve spoken to the owner. In the past, about a tree knocking my fence out. It was not resolved. Now, the renters have allowed weeds and bushes to grow out of control and they are knocking another part of my fence out. There is also a big tree that is growing into mine and another neighbors yard. What can I do? I’m paying to get another fence, but I need them to resolve their issues.
