Tree pruned 9-10-2018

These trees were pruned but the issue was with the sidewalk facing branches and only the street facing branches were pruned. Issue remains. Please have the branches facing the sidewalk pruned.

Parks & Forestry is aware of the need to trim the inside of the trees, but due to one of the bucket trucks being down, and the boom being too long it will need to be rescheduled.

We will have this issue inspected and addressed within a timely manner.

I believe it has already been inspected. This issue was opened over two months ago. I believe there was an issue with a bucket truck being down last month. Has it been repaired? Would be ideal for this to be resolved before the leaves fall off.

Any updates? Four months since opened. Two months since last acknowledgement.

Tree has yet to be trimmed. New growth is beginning. Please have this taken care of before the cycle begins again.

They were not. Crew showed up. Looked around. No work performed. Crew left. Issue remains.

Tree was trimmed in accordance with proper pruning procedures. It was actually trimmed back twice in 2 months. Any further pruning will make it prone to disease.

The original and only request was for the sidewalk side branches to be trimmed. They never were. The street side branches were trimmed. The dangerous condition on the sidewalk side is actually worse now because an additional year has passed and the trees have continued to branch out. I’ve given up on the city fixing this.
