As drivers travel on Harpers Farm Rd (in either direction) and approach the traffic light at Twin Rivers Rd, tree branches hanging low over the road prevent seeing the traffic light until the last minute. Anyone not familiar with the intersection or not paying attention is going to go right thru a red light.
