Description

This stretch of Interstate 787 needs to have an "I-90 Buffalo/Boston - RIGHT LANE" sign installed further north. This would remind absent-minded motorists they need to merge into the right-hand lane earlier.

Inattentive drivers always abruptly cut to the right at the last possible second in front of other traffic which is already headed up the off-ramp.

On numerous occasions I have seen careless, distracted drivers swerving to the right, over the solid white line, just in the nick of time at the apex of the median, coming inches from causing major accidents. This situation is VERY dangerous on such a high-speed, high-volume highway.
