Sign is placed in road on Friday and Saturday nights. Also on nights when events are taking place downtown.

This continues to be a problem on Friday and Saturday nights.
Since this was reported a person who was blocked by this sign moved it and was assaulted by the parking attendant?
Is it legal to place private signs in an active traffic lane?
If so please let us know so this can be dealt with through different channels.
