Description
I realize the codes department is getting sick of giving Kevin Farrow violation for overgrowth… That's not really my problem! My problem is that he clearly bought this parcel just to make money and has no interest in our neighborhood. So even though you're sick of it please Codes give him yet another violation for overgrowth! Although it seems silly because the city is the one who has to keep mowing it since he will not respond to his notices. I have included a picture so that you can't tell me that it's not overgrown because most of the grass is 15 inches high some of it is over 2 feet high and I believe code says it can't be over 10 inches?

So your contractor stole money from you and took off. The zoning department lost your plans. The Codes people won’t return any of your phone calls. ( try contacting the supervisor, I’ve done that many many times and get an instant response not sure why the same would not be true for you).
And why is it the city has had to mow your grass every time as well as the lot you own at 642 13th Ave. S.?
You are correct, people shouldn’t jump to conclusions without having all of the facts. However your set of circumstances is highly unusual and a bit unbelievable. But in fairness that’s why I am asking you why you haven’t bothered to mow your grass in the five months that you’ve owned these lots?
As for who this is… I’m the guy who’s had to look at a pile of concrete chunks and brush and dirt and overgrown grass for three months !
