Description
There someone selling fruit out of a truck here all day, every day. I don't understand why they are allowed to take up a parking space for a commercial venture like this? Shouldn't this follow the same rules as a food truck, not being allowed 'to remain in any location for a period exceeding one hundred twenty (120) minutes during a four-hour period'?

The truck selling fruit doesn’t bother me, however if its true that they’re parking their personal car to save the spots I would agreed is inconsiderate. Obviously, leaving garbage behind would also be an issue.
I do have to ask, as per one of the comments above. How does this man selling fruit represent a danger to pedestrians? That’s a little exaggerated in my opinion.

Kirkland, This is not a Commerce issue. I would check with the Health Div. or
Parking Authority. J Coyne/Commerce
