Sidewalk is covered with leaves, branches. Front of house inside gate is covered with leaves from LAST Fall season. Garbage is out in front of the house and frequently overflowing. A sycamore tree in front of the house has a mulberry weed tree growing in the tree well and branches stick out hitting people well into the sidewalk. These were finally cut down by a neighbor and taken away because this landlord does nothing.
