Thank you for your report. There are an active Land Disturbance Permit and Building Permits for this project. The site is in compliance with the Land Disturbance Permit requirements and is stabilized. The inactivity is associated with the Building Permit and would be handled by the City's Code Enforcement Team.

A Code Enforcement officer investigated this complaint, and the property was in compliance at the time of investigation - no violations.
