Description

This residence has been an on going problem in the neighborhood. The bushes on the property go untrimmed for long periods of time and pose a hazard for people walking by at night. Broken glass and debris from trash day always linger around the property. Dog feces is dragged across the sidewalk along this property regularly. The weeds along the sidewalk are over grown and may be the reason the trash and feces collect there. To make matters worse, people hang out and drink along the property retaining wall during late hours of the night up until early morning. Residents have witnessed verbal arguements and altercations as well as people smashing bottles along the premises. Owners don't seem to care.
